Leading Transformation in the Crunch

When you need to respond dynamically to the very different and challenging world we find ourselves in, how do you think about and inspire change, perhaps even radical transformation?
In this highly interactive workshop Adam Kingl will explore some typical obstacles and possible answers to this question.  
 Adam Kingl (London Business School MBA2004) is the Director of the Emerging Leaders Programme, Executive Education, at London Business School. Prior to this role, he designed and delivered programmes on leadership, innovation, culture, change, engagement, and teamwork to companies as diverse as Pixar, De Beers, Disney, BP and Zurich.
